This is a NRF24L01+ to Serial TTL interface.
All communication can be done via the serial port and AT commands.

Data
A maximum of 32 bytes can be sent and received. The first byte indicates the number of data bytes to follow, meaning 1-31 data bytes can be sent in a single message.
For example, we we sent “ABC” (3 bytes), then the actual transmission will be 4 bytes long, with the first by being the number 3 = “3ABC”.
